Description :

This is a family business, founded in 2000 by a family that loves pigeons. It now has some 700 breeding pairs. The pigeons are fed solely on grain (no granules) and the results are outstanding. Breeding stock are selected for their robustness so that no pharmaceutical treatment is required. Mr. and Mrs. Noirot breed and slaughter the birds to produce patés and a range of specialities available fresh or tinned. All the products are sold directly to individuals and professional chefs.
